SIN
SIN is free.
Not free-for-now, not free-until-you-hit-a-limit, and not a trial. There is no account to make, no licence to enter and no billing anywhere in the application. Download it, install it, use all of it.
That is possible because of what SIN is: the model runs on your machine, the database is a file on your disk, and nothing is sent anywhere to be processed. There is no per-user cost for us to pass on.
What you get
Everything. The assistant, the agents, the office, workflows, reminders, the overlay, screen capture, the phone companion — every feature this build has. Nothing is held back behind a tier, because there is no tier.
What it costs to run
Your own electricity and disk. SIN needs a local model runtime, which is also free, and enough VRAM to hold a model — that is the real requirement, and it is on the download page.
If anything is ever paid
There is no paid tier today and none is being built. If one ever appears it will be for things that genuinely cost us money to run — syncing across machines, hosted models for people without the hardware — and never for unlocking what your own computer already does. The local product stays useful without paying. That is on the roadmap under Exploring, which is where it will stay until it is decided.
