Windows only. There is no macOS or Linux build — not a delayed one, not a beta one. SIN uses Windows-specific code for its screen capture, its runtime detection and its certificate store, and until that is ported there is nothing honest to offer. An iPhone companion app exists but is not publicly distributed.
What it installs
About 20 MB into your user folder. No services, no drivers, no startup entries unless you turn them on.
What it needs
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. WebView2, which is already on current Windows. 8 GB of RAM to run the application; considerably more to run a model well.
The separate part
SIN needs Ollama and a model to think. That is a separate download of several gigabytes. SIN detects it, and starts it for you without a terminal — but does not yet install it for you.
Updating later
From 0.5.0 onward SIN updates itself: it checks, shows you what changed, and installs when you agree. Every update is signature-verified before it is installed.
